I can't believe my first year of college is almost over! A lot has changed since August of last year; new year (duh!), new friends, new people, new job. It's crazy to think about how much my life has changed in such a short period of time. Life is a roller coaster but somehow I've been able to hold on for the ride. I give all the glory and credit for my success to God. He's given me so many opportunities and privileges that I can't even begin to explain have entirely thankful I am.
And what better way to celebrate such an amazing time in my life than with a photo session?
College is very demanding, and I have felt as if I have been really neglecting my photography, but it felt so good to have my camera back into my hands. It's like reconnecting with an old friend. Speaking of reconnecting with old friends... even though Latonia now go to different universities, it's always comforting and exciting to reconnect with one another. Our times together usually involve some kind of photo session (she was one of the first, if not the first, friends that modeled for me when I got my first camera)!
So enough yip-yap...let's get to the photos!!
This photo session is set up into two separate parts; each with their own visible theme. They are contrasting themes that can or can not be viewed in relation to one another.
Disclaimer: Latonia is insanely beautiful and has a smile that is deadly contagious...
Don't say I didn't warn you.
The Crew:
Shoutout to Alicia for being a such a big help! Thank you (so much) for putting up with all of my weird photographer quirks (seriously if you haven't seen me during a shoot consider yourself lucky). You definitely made this shoot 100 times easier and so much more fun!
