I've accomplished so many things this year that I could have never imagined. Now, let's look at my Top 5 Favorite Shoots of 2016!I feel so blessed to have had so many amazing opportunities this year.
Let's recap on some of my favorite memories from 2016.
- 1. | ~ • RUNAWAY • ~ | - My last shoot of 2016. A high fashion editorial styled self portrait shoot. Where muted purples meet eerie blacks in a film meets fashion moment.
- 2. Let's Talk - My most challenging shoot of 2016. I had to battle harsh winter winds and a very bloody paper cut. But despite adversity, the shoot was a complete success and I captured some of my most favorite images!
- 3. Girl Power - My most rewarding shoot of the year. The idea of womanhood was the inspiration for this shoot. I paired four of my friends together, who have never meet each other before this shoot so showcase the the epitome of girl power. Within minutes my fears dissipated. With an hour this shoot turned into a giant love fest. And that my friends, is what girl power is all about. Empowering, comforting, and enjoying one another by embracing our differences.
- 4. UNCG Homecoming: In Review - My most exciting shoot of the year! The pop band Cardiknox and Nick Cannon and the Wild N' Out Crew! What could be more thrilling?!
- 5. Hibernate - My most personal shoot of 2016. I dogged deep into my own feelings and did a conceptual self portrait shoot n honor of all of those who not only suffer from SAD but from Depression year round.
